If Things Don’t Go Well

Even the best team, working with great quality food, can make mistakes that in some way impact your overall experience at Hernande’z.

Please do take a moment to let us know about your experiences–both good and bad. It’s like as if someone came to your home for a visit and you were out and so other members of your family hosted. You’d want to know that everything had gone smoothly and that your guests felt welcomed even though you were not there, right? It’s the same with us.

If something has gone sideways, we need to know about it…not to punish or self-flagellate. Often, we’ve found that less than wonderful experiences teach us so much about ourselves and what we need to do to improve. We consider your willingness to share stories about all aspects of your visit to Hernande’z to be a gift to us. We love to hear about great times, at the same time–it is when there are difficult encounters that we can really learn about our relationship with our patrons.
