Guidelines for the Worry Boxes
1. Every time a worry comes to your mind, remind yourself that focusing on what you don’t want to happen is a dangerous practice.
2. Quickly scribble down the worry on a scrap of paper (you are not limited to the 7-10 scraps of paper that come in the box)
3. Remind yourself that you are okay in this present moment and that most worries are just projections of a fearful ego.
4. Put the scribbled worry in the box and trust that it will be taken care of.
5. Take a deep breath, experience gratitude for one thing (even if it is only that you can see, hear, smell, etc.)
